Our team has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential construction. Chris started off on the commercial end working for one of the largest commercial construction companies in the United States of America. After building hotels from the ground up in California, he moved back to Houston to get into the residential side of remodeling. The pace is different and Chris definitely enjoys the relationships he gets to build with our clients. He has a great attention to detail and enjoys being challenged. He strives to make every client feel as if they are a part of the Urgeworks family.

Modesto joins the Urgeworks team with over 15 years experience in management in a broad range of industries. His passion for home improvement, design and real estate led him to join the Urgeworks Team. In his own words, “The leadership and culture of Urgeworks Construction made this the easiest decision of my career. It is one of integrity, honor, communication, and transparency. They are dedicated to honoring the men and woman of the building trades and committed to helping clients to create the home improvements of their wishes and dreams..” He is a native Houstonian and when he is not working on home improvement he shares his down time with his lovely wife and daughter.
